| Lester Peteni - Chairman |
| Lester is a UCT B.Sc. graduate in building science and brings his many years of leadership experience across a variety of industries. He is currently involved in fishing, shipping, technology and petroleum, and serves as non-executive chairman of the boards of JSE listed companies Basil Read Holdings Ltd (construction) and ConvergeNet Holdings (IT). |

| Robert Knutzen |
| Robert Knutzen read law at the Universities of Cape Town and Oxford. He was president and CEO of Golden Ocean until 2000, and on the Board of the Swedish Club 1988-2000. He founded MBC and MCS in 2003 in South Africa with the view to expand the role of bulk shipping in SA commodity exports and the employment SA seafarers internationally. In 2005 he founded RKoffshore in Singapore, which to-day owns 24 off-shore vessels. |

| Jan Rabie |
| He served as director of the bulk, off-shore and reefer interests of Safmarine of South Africa for 15 years. His international experience includes periods in London and Switzerland. He was involved in the longterm COA`s between Iscor Mining (now Kumba Iron Ore) and Japanese steel mills for over 10 years, as well as with Iscor Mining and Romanian Steel Mills involving a barter deal of 2 Capes built in Romania. His experience in shipbuilding further include 2 Capes in South Korea, 3 Handymaxes in Taiwan and 2 Reefers in Poland. He joined Robert Knutzen in the establishment of MBC and MCS in 2003. Jan acts as executive director responsible for the operations of MBC and MCS in Cape Town. |

| Tom Young - (UK) |
| Represents Sanko Steamship of Japan on the Board of MBC and MCS. He was the Executive Chairman of Seascope of London, a major ship broking company , and is currently the advisor to the President of Sanko Steamship . |
